Delivery 

At Sacred Serenitys, each product and service is offered with sacred care — whether it's a digital creation, a healing session or a physical item.

For Digital Products

Delivery is instant via email or direct download after successful payment.
 

If you do not receive your product within 10 minutes, please:

Or email us at team@sacredserenitys.com with your Order ID
 

For Healing Sessions & Bookings

All 1:1 sessions (Tarot, Healing, Meditation) are conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp
 

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking
 

A reminder and session link will be sent prior to the scheduled time
 

 For Physical Products (if applicable)

We handcraft and energetically charge each order before dispatch. 

Please note:

Standard Products: Dispatched within 2–4 weeks
 

Custom or Ritual-Based Orders: May take up to 8 weeks
 

 Delivery Details

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
 

You will receive a tracking link via email once the order is dispatched for delivery.

International clients are responsible for customs duties, if applicable.
 

 In Case of Delay

If your physical order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of the estimated delivery timeline,
