At Sacred Serenitys, every product and service carries divine intention. All purchases are final unless the item is misrepresented, damaged, or defective.

Refund Eligibility & Request Process

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described

Your refund request is submitted within 3 days of delivery (or purchase for digital products)

You provide clear photo or video proof of the issue

To request a refund, please email team@sacredserenitys.com with:

Your Order ID

Photo/video evidence

A brief description of the issue

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Energetically charged products, custom ritual items and other physical items

Digital products (eBooks, audio bundles, downloads)

Tarot/healing sessions (these can be rescheduled with 24‑hour notice, but are non‑refundable) Items that have been used, opened or unsealed

Refund Timeline

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
